Cool to be Kind are pleased to be working with Farleigh Hospice to establish how homeless people affected with life limiting illnesses or bereavement can benefit from the services they provide.
Dan Skeates recently met with Devika Chowdhury, Farleigh Hospice’s Engagement Lead, to discuss how we can work together to ensure that homeless people are made aware of the hospice, the services they offer and the support and care they can give. Partnerships like this are at the core of both organisations – where working in a holistic manner means improved support and services for homeless people, particularly those with life limiting illnesses or those who are recently bereaved.
